    SSDI and SSI

I was recently approved for SSDI and I was wondering, will it affect how much I get from SSI when I reach retirement age.

I am currently receiving SDI benefits and my understanding is when I turn 65 it will convert to become my SS pension. Hope this helps.

You are correct that, when you reach retirement age, your Social Security Disability will change to Social Security retirement.  You can create an account with Social Security and it will give you your numbers for disability and retirement at 62, your normal retirement age and age 70.  If I remember right it also lists what you've paid in over the course of your work career.
